The Practice Room
A live peer practice space for coaches and parts-work practitioners who are already doing the work. This is practitioner practice, not a client service.
The Practice Room is currently invite-only. If you're here, Erik has personally invited you. Details on format, cost, and how to join will be shared with you directly.
Most of what limits us in session isn't knowledge. It's regulation: the part of you that tightens when a client goes analytical, freezes when something tender surfaces unexpectedly, or loses the thread when someone doesn't respond to the register you're most comfortable in.
That's what we work on here, together, in real time. We rotate through coach, "client", and witness in live triad practice. You'll feel your own parts activate. That's not a side effect: that's the point.

What we agree to
- What is shared in the room stays in the room.
- You choose what you bring and how far you go. You can pause or step out at any point.
- No recording, and no sharing anyone's material outside the room without their explicit consent.
- We practice on ourselves, not on each other's clients. Bring your own experience, not identifying client details.
